- Road tested vehicle and confirmed customer concern. Inspected vehicle, found no visual evidence of leaking or bad struts. Performed jounce test. Found the rear shocks to be bad, possibly the front shocks to be bad also. Advise customer to take the vehicle to the dealership for further repairs under warranty.
